Terms Of Service

By purchasing a commission the client is automatically bound to these Terms and Conditions. This page may be updated periodically. First-person references, (I, Me, Myself) within these conditions refer to the artist of the commission transaction. Client will refer to the customer, or purchaser, of the transaction.If a client has any questions about these terms they are encouraged to DM me directly on any of my active social media.

GENERAL :

  1. I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.

  2. Prices are subject to change over time. If a client were to purchase something, then the price changed before it was delivered, the client would not have to pay extra.

  3. If my skill improves after a client has commissioned me, I do not owe them a redrawn piece for free.

  4. Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertisements or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency of any kind is strictly prohibited. My artwork is not permitted to be used on the blockchain in ANY way.

CLIENT CHARACTERS :

  1. Clients are not allowed to commission artwork of a character they do not own without permission granted by the character owner.

  2. Deception regarding ownership of a character will result in being added to the blacklist.

EXPLICIT CONTENT :

  1. Depending on the content of the commission, clients may be required to provide an image of their government issued ID or confirm their age in writing.

  2. Clients and their respective character(s) must be of legal age (18+) when commissioning explicit artwork.

  3. If the commission is explicit in nature and involves a third party, the client is responsible for providing proof of permission and age from the third party. This proof of permission cannot be written by the client and must be written by the third party.

  4. Minors (under 18) and their character(s) are not permitted to commission, participate or be featured in explicit commissions.

  5. If the commission is explicit in nature and involves a third party, all parties involved must be of legal age (18+).

  6. Deception regarding age and/or consent will result in being added to the blacklist.

PUBLISHING :

  1. I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork for advertising and self promotion purposes.

  2. The client may print their purchased work for their own personal use, provided it is not for profitable means.

  3. The client is welcome to publish their purchased artwork on their own social media, in online art galleries, and in online character archives, provided that I am given credit somewhere in the post.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS :

  1. The client understands that they are paying for the non-refundable time and expertise of an artist. Paid commissions are not eligible for refunds.

  2. Payment must be made in full upfront, however I am willing to take half.

CUSTOMS :

  1. Any/All character designs purchased from me are subject to these terms

  2. The client is not permitted to resell the design they purchased before a week has passed, reselling before a week has passed will result in being added to the blacklist.

  3. The client must credit me if the design is posted to character archives such as toyhou.se. Refusal to give credit for the design will result in being added to the blacklist.*

*It is fine if the client forgets to give credit, but if the request to change it is denied, the client will be blacklisted.

BLACKLIST :

Any harassment of people mentioned here will not be tolerated and will result in being added to the blacklist aswell.
